I’m not seeing much evidence that mezzanine is active. You should find
mezzanine.core in your apps, and this should result in the following in the
help output:

collecttemplates
createdb
runserver
Start tracking down where mezzanine core went and you’ll probably figure out
where the mezzanine blog app went also.
