Hi Amit, I would start by reading the existing code for importing from WordPress, Blogger, et al., at https://github.com/stephenmcd/mezzanine/tree/master/mezzanine/blog/management/commands. If you can get an RSS feed with all of your posts' content, it should be as easy as running the import_rss management command, documented at http://mezzanine.jupo.org/docs/blog-importing.html#importing-rss.
