It depends on the level of integration you want to achieve. Disqus supports Facebook login, so if you're interested in the comment part only, I recommend that. This option only requires filling up the correct settings in the admin (as far as I remember).
You can also insert Facebook's Javascript SDK or iframes and get comment boxes, page activity, like buttons, etc, as explained in their docs.
