Hi,

I'm running into an issue where staff users can't log in to the admin on a
site not using the SitePermissionMiddleware.

Specifically, the dropdown menu templatetag bugs out here
<https://github.com/stephenmcd/mezzanine/commit/d5d21ba527bd417de956cc1f768d98ca7f851c13>
 since
no `SitePermission` object ever gets created. I think the issue started
after this
<https://github.com/stephenmcd/mezzanine/commit/d5d21ba527bd417de956cc1f768d98ca7f851c13>

commit since `SitePermission` objects are no longer created automatically.
Since I'm using a modified AUTH_USER_MODEL the site permissions admin isn't
created, but in any case, for a single site project, it would be better not
to have to use the site permissions admin.

Is there a best way to deal with this? Any suggestions for a best approach
to fixing this in mezzanine?

-Julian
