4.0.1 update:

Thanks to Luke Plant (a core Django dev) who has contributed a tiny change
to the way we reference local_settings.py modules - these can now reference
the settings already defined in setting.py, so you can now do things like
INSTALLED_APPS += ("foo",) in local_settings.py - more info here:
https://github.com/stephenmcd/mezzanine/issues/1360

I've also restored the "-a/--alternate" option to the mezzanine-project
command we use for creating new projects, where you can specify alternate
package (like Cartridge or Drum) to source extra project files when
creating a new project. This was omitted from the 4.0 release which means
automated creation of new Cartridge or Drum projects has been broken since
then (manual workarounds have been available though). In conjunction with
that, I've also upgraded Cartridge and Drum to the latest project layout
for Mezzanine 4.0 - so once I push out 4.0.1, I'll also push new releases
for Cartridge and Drum which will be compatible with Mezzanine 4.0 and
Django 1.7 / 1.8.

Please help in testing the above, particularly the install/create process
for Cartridge and Drum. If all is fine I'll do the new releases over the
weekend, time permitting.

Thanks!
