Hi Déborah, The file you seek is now at https://github.com/stephenmcd/grappelli-safe/blob/master/grappelli_safe/templates/admin/includes_grappelli/header.html. If you copy admin/includes_grappelli/header.html into your templates folder, you can customize that file to your heart's content.
