Hi,

it looks like following forms for Order model from cartridge.shop.forms do
not propagate additional arguments Django's base ModelForm does understand:

DiscountForm.__init__
<https://bitbucket.org/stephenmcd/cartridge/src/4705b09164398236cad6671d1c74f7ad00af795d/cartridge/shop/forms.py?at=default#forms.py-243>

OrderForm.__init__
<https://bitbucket.org/stephenmcd/cartridge/src/4705b09164398236cad6671d1c74f7ad00af795d/cartridge/shop/forms.py?at=default#forms.py-322>

Both constructors offer only subset of available optional arguments like
instance, error_class, prefix, label_suffix etc.

Is there some intention behind, why both methods miss *args, **kwargs ?
