I think you're on the right track -- just direct the "^$" url to the same
view as "^marketing$" in urls.py.

If you haven't done so already you may want to go through the django
tutorial <https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/1.8/intro/tutorial01/> as this
is not really a mezzanine-specific question.
