I have found every slug in Mezzanine uses * .**. Just curious why we have this instead of that we could have *[-a-zA-Z0-9]+ or [-\w]+* which will match all required slugs as per my knowledge. .* leads a problem as* /users/(?P<username>.*)/ *this will pass URLs like* users/Alice/hack. *This can be used for other purpose where *hack* will be one of the attribute for user *Alice*.
