Well, it's easy, with django-recaptcha.
pip install django-recaptcha
and then in settings.py set
INSTALLED_APPS = (
...
"captcha",
...
)
FORMS_EXTRA_FIELDS = (
(100, "captcha.fields.ReCaptchaField", "ReCaptcha"),
)
RECAPTCHA_PUBLIC_KEY = ...
RECAPTCHA_PRIVATE_KEY = ...
