Not exactly sure what you're asking here, but you can add styles to the RICHTEXT_ALLOWED_STYLES <http://mezzanine.jupo.org/docs/configuration.html#richtext-allowed-styles> setting. I don't really consider this a *safety* feature, but it is somewhat helpful to be able to limit how much users can screw up their styles.
