Last time I got this problem a semicolon it involves compressor and a
Javascript file with a missing semicolon at the end.
First, disable compressor if installed, then use the Javascript console of
your browser to find why jQuery is not loaded.
You can also check the JQUERY_FILENAME in your settings.py or
local_settings.py file.
