Has anyone figured this out? On a blank cloud9 workspace, I run:
$ sudo pip3 install -U django mezzanine cartridge
$ sudo mezzanine-project -a cartridge sample
$ cd sample
$ sudo python3 manage.py createdb
and the last command spits back:
