I'm working on upgrading my Mezz install from 3.10.0 to 4.1.0 and going
through the nice tutorial provided by Josh Cartmell
<http://bitofpixels.com/blog/upgrading-to-mezzanine-4/>. Pretty much done,
but am having trouble with the database. When I run the command
python manage.py runserver

, it gives me this error:
Error loading psycopg2 module: No module named psycopg2

I believe when I originally installed and configured Postgres for Mezz 3.x
I installed via the virtualenv for that install. Which is probably why I'm
getting this error for Mezz 4.x - I'm using a new virtualenv as per Josh's
tutorial.

Going forward, what would be the "best practice" way of installing the
Postgres db for Mezz installs so that I can keep everything
contained/isolated but at the same time can continue to use the same
database install?

And does anyone have suggestions on how I can use the db install from Mezz
3.x for the upgrade to Mezz 4.x?
