I don't think mezzanine plays any role here -- it's all vanilla django. You can implement 1 & 2 with ModelForms <https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/stable/topics/forms/modelforms/> and 3 with a generic ListView <https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/stable/ref/class-based-views/generic-display/#listview>. I wouldn't look any further than the django docs for these tasks.
