HI Ken,
Unfortunately it didn't. I had to manually enable supervisor to start on 
boot:

sudo systemctl enable supervisor

Otherwise it was a manual start after each boot.
However, this only seems to happen on Ubuntu Server 16.04, but not on other 
distros.
