I recently deployed a mezzanine site on a digital ocean vps. Everything
went smoothly, except for an issue with the cache.

When I load a page, I get a lot of 404's looking for different "plugin.js"
files in the CACHE/js/ directories. One example is
"static/CACHE/js/plugins/table/plugin.js".
There are about 19 in total. The only file that exist in the CACHE/js dir
are generated names such as "07e3379f7d4e.js", and those are correctly
loaded.

I'm not sure if this is related, but the editable css functionality seems
to be missing the css as well. The "edit" buttons are not styled correctly,
and the admin toolbar is at the bottom of the page, w/o yellow background.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
