Could we use the existant `SITE_TITLE` setting instead?
Or could we put the admin title in it's own template block to ease
template maintenance without increasing Mezzanine maintenance. E.g.:
`<div class="admin-title">{% block admin_title
%}Mezzanine{% endblock}</div>`.
