Hello Olaf,

I did not know the spirit forum so I tried installing it following the 
steps in your first link. It worked without any problems. I guess you 
missed out something. As you did not post any detailed information I am not 
sure what you missed. I woudl suggest: Give it a fresh try, following the 
steps exactly as posted.
