I'm running Mezzanine 4.2.3, Django 1.10.8 and Python 2.7.12 and have
just gone through all the steps specified in

edited settings.py
edited urls.py
migrate captcha
reloaded nginx
refreshed the mezzanine site
Unfortunately I have omitted something because no captcha is showing and
the spammers are adding comments to my blog all the time.
What is the secret?
