Hi Pat.

I'm the person who implemented rsync deployments and didn't even know it has a delete option! Please go ahead and submit a PR, it sounds like a genuine improvement.

Is this something that is by design, and I should just modify the fabfile to suit my needs here, or is this an oversight/bug worthy of a minor pull request?
