A leading pharmaceutical company in the greater Philadelphia area is seeking a qualified LMS Analyst/ Engineer who has 5-7 years experience. This is a contract position for a 3-5 months, and could be extended up to 1 year. This position will require the design of the to-be process and analyze the gaps between the as is and to be. They will make recommendations for closing process gaps. The candidate will work closely with the LMS (Learning Management System). Process Design Work Stream will include As is and To be processes, Gap analysis, remediation, and Process Optimization.
Qualifications: 5-7 years of focused process design work, skilled use in Visio, and strong business writing skills. Strong people skills and lean six sigma skills a plus.
