PeopleSoft HR Help Desk (CRM) Techno/functional Location: San Francisco Duration: 3 mts + Local Bay Area Candidates
Looking for an experienced consultant who can optimize our PeopleSoft HR Help Desk (CRM) by conducting a full analysis our system and recommending solutions that will work best within our environment. This individual will work directly with our core functional team (HR service center), HR Technology department, and IT, to come up with solutions for provide technical design and development on multiple issues we are currently experiencing as well as build internal capabilities to support future requests. The primary areas of focus are within solution/knowledge management, email/correspondence, reporting, and some configuration changes with HR Help Desk. Other areas for improvement include performance and security issues. This individual should possess strong PeopleSoft HR Help Desk functional and technical design/execution skills and be equally comfortable explaining software business benefits to HR and technical features to IT. Conducts data analysis, needs assessments, and cost/benefit analysis in order to align information technology solutions with business initiatives. Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives through research combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. May develop or modify information systems. Includes analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements and revising existing systems. Considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.. Is able to function independently with minimal oversight and direction. May instruct and guide lower level technical professionals. Assignments are broad in nature and complex in scope. Typically designs and develops approaches that are implemented by others. . Ability encompasses in-depth knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of particular field of specialization. . Generally requires 5 to 8 years of professional experience directly related to all aspects of the primary product, program or technology.
