Job description: 1. MOSS Development a. Content Types, Webparts, List Management, Workflows, Features & Solutions, b. MOSS Object Model, MOSS Web Services & CAML c. Search, User Profiles, Security, BDC & Records Management d. Debugging & Performance Tuning e. Automated Unit Testing 2. MOSS Architecture & Internals a. Performance & Scalability Best Practices for high volume applications of MOSS b. Design & Development Best Practices for distributed dev teams. 3. Technology Leadership a. Technology Skills i. Strong C# (8+/10) & good T-SQL skills. ii. Exposure to SSRS & SSIS ideal iii. Hands on expertise with WCF, Web Services & WSE b. Design Skills i. Strong Object Oriented Development skills ii. Familiar with GoF Design Patterns & UML iii. Enterprise Patterns a definite plus. c. Communication skills i. Ability to interact with key Client Stake holders including the executive team and set expectations. ii Ability to communicate un ambiguously with an offshore dev team and set priorities. 4.
