Dave, It's been awhile, but I think that the lower integer variables, #U0 through #U9, are global. Even though these are classified as integers, they retain the decimal value and can be output as such with the #FMT() command. The numeric value of the variables #C0 through #C5 are global but the string they output is dependent on the individual SMF file. The workings of the #SYNCH escapes me at the moment, I believe it only changes with simultaneous turning. At one time I did extensive work with Aturn code generators in a quest for Swiss style support. I'll try to find my notes on the workings of these variables.
