Hey there "Default.jsf" boy, that take me back" I'm still using V4.51 SmartCAM from 1989 and doing just fine. Still in the process of migrating to the mouse driven, GUI (graphical user interface) of V11.5. I must say, if it were not for the .mcl macro files that I'm making it would be a slooooooow painful process to make programs. There simply is no comparison when it comes to the raw speed of keystroke driven V4.51. But thats me, and nobody from Point Control or CAMAX or SDRC bothered to consult me about what it takes to use a CAM package to program efficiently is all about. Hmmm...

For the purpose of importing files with the old CAM connections (DOS based) the file Default.jsf was installed with the system. Identify this file when importing. I am just employed to a new company and I found that they have SmartCam V8.2, but they have never used it. I have installed it and I want to transfer drawings from AutoCad to SmartCAM. On the CD there was an application, CAMDXF.EXE V 7.1 but it ask for a *.jsf file, but I can't find anything in the manuals how to create a .jsf-file. I think CAMDXF is for an earlier version. Can someone give me a hint how to solve my problem?
