Does any one know how I can test if this field is empty? I generate my
program manuscripts through a seperate template file (a couple of them
actually) and use the "JOS(TL_USRDESC)" field in the JOF fot the tool
holder, etc... . If this field is empty, I don't want to ouput a line
of blank info.
