Jon, To load to your laptop. First you have to make the resolution 600 x 800. If this can't be done using the laptop, then you will have to hook up a different monitor to your laptop, change the display to 600 x 800. After you got Smartcam loaded, then you can go back to your original laptop screen. Its a smaller version, other than that, all is same. Rick
