I had a user on the shop floor running Pmill with this sticky key problem.  It really isn't a Smartcam problem or an NT exclusive problem.  I found out it had to do with how he was driving the mouse.  Apparently in all Windows apps if you click on an icon but release as you are dragging the pointer off the icon, the command will not register.  It gets worse in IE4/5 because if the mouse pointer moves just slightly while right clicking the command will fail.  I think Microsoft needs to add a "motion sensitivity while clicking adjustment" to their drivers.  Until then, make sure the mouse is dead in it's tracks before clicking on an icon.
