This works but may not be the best way...if there is another way
In the Job Operation Planner, Job Info..., Job Notes under the General
tab, you could do something like the following...
#S4=important info here
#S5=more important info here
#S6=even more important info here also!
Then in the template file you could do...
<( #S4 #S5 #S6 )>
and tech the Human Factor personnel to enter the info with the #S4=,#S5= &
#S6= in front the information lines.

In my CG I output the "notes" field located within the
planner, job info
box, my problem is that if you enter a carriage return in
the notes box
it starts a new line in the code file, and you guessed it ,
no closing
parentheses.
So depending on who does what how, I can get:
( important info here
more important info here
even more important info here also ! )
any Ideas ???

P.S. "Don't enter a carriage return" is not bullet proof
