Morning Shawn, all,

If I understand correctly, you're going in with a smaller cutter to clean up the
corners. When doing a simple "L" shaped cut, the cutter isn't large enough to
completely clean the radius left from the previous, larger cutter.

Not sure of which application/version you're using also, but if you are doing a
pocket with the first tool, open the Params... dialog and turn on Create Uncut
Areas. It should default to layer 99 (this is a good layer because it should be
red). Now for the clean up you can "pocket" these areas.

Hope that's what you need.
