Michael,   In PLANNER:- Under STEP DESC enter for example, 1/2" SLOT DRILL In STEP NOTES each line must start and end with brackets.   In your .TMP file PUT:-   #EVAL(#S1=jos(st_desc)) #EVAL(#S2=jos(st_notes)) T(#S1) #S2   Regards,   Bill.
