Joe, Try UltraEdit. It has File Compare, syntax highlighting and even a downloadable Mill G Code wordfile to get you started. It has Macro capabilities and much much more. http://www.ultraedit.com/downloads/index.html Also Discriminator from cncedit.com http://www.cncedit.com/ Discriminator has built in Smartcam automated functions as well as back plotting into a graphic view. This is GREAT for those old toolpathes that you don't want to trash, but eventually forget what they did. These are the two best, I can't recommend one without recommending the other for cnc programming. Michael
