You can change the line style by selecting Utility, Color Change from the menu.

You also can pick an appropriate layer from the graphic view or list view. Add Layer Adds a layer to the layer list and defines its color and line style. If I counterbore a part and then flip it over, I want to change the counterbore layer from solid to broken so I can dump graph to make a setup sheet.
