Do you know wether or not BSD is only a Windows NT V4.0 problem, as I use
Windows 98 on my home PC and have not seen it show up there.

The "blue screen of death", (BSD), is NT's way of teaching
you to back up
your system more often. There is no why or when, then we
could predict it.
There's just the sound of cursing echoing through cubicles.
Maybe this is
not the best explanation (that's for sure), but it's just as
good as any
you'd get from Microsoft.

By the way, what exactly is the "blue screen of death"? And
why does it show
up occasionally on my computer?

Not bad for a Commodore. It took Microsoft
many years
of additional development to even equal that
result
with Windows NT and its' infamous "blue
screen of death".

I have a Commodore 64 that's about the size
of a laptop with
about 47K
worth of memory available. Trouble is, every
time I try to
load Smartcam
the screen just stays all blue and says:
"Ready".

I'm using a Dell laptop PII 14.2" viewable

works fine for
Smartcam, solid works and most anything else
I need to run. I
prefer to be
docked at work so I can use my larger
monitor but the laptop
is great at
home
and on the go.
