Not sure what the output is all about, looks like something specific to your
code generator.

But did you know that you don't have to set the debug switches in the
smartcam.ini file any more? From What's New ...

Code Generation Debugging The following flags, which control code generation
debug output, now can be entered directly in the @DECLARE section of the code
file instead of in the smartcam.ini file.

#OUTCND outputs conditional status
#OUTSEC outputs @section names
#OUTERR outputs processing errors
#OUTRPT outputs an error report file
