Or if you're on v11.x you might check your template file for #OUTSEC. From Help

Code Generation Debugging The following flags, which control code generation
debug output, now can be entered directly in the @DECLARE section of the code
file instead of in the smartcam.ini file.

� #OUTCND outputs conditional status
� #OUTSEC outputs @section names
� #OUTERR outputs processing errors
� #OUTRPT outputs an error report file
