Hey guy's
I am trying to get the codder for a Charmilles Wire EDM
machine to
code out the way I need it to be.
I made a cutter path using a 4axisPath which gives a poly5x tool out
put
then I added a lead in lead out to it.
I feel that Is part of the process looks good.
The trouble I am having is with the code.
The codder start the U & V out at U1 & V1
This doesn't work out right I feel it should start out at U0 &V0
The closest that I could get the code to be like I need it
was to tell V that it was 1/2 the value of the YPOS but
my U is out of wacko.
If there is any one that has any answers or can explain
4axisPath wire EDM to me I would like to hear from
you.
