What I would do in your case would just program finish tool path with the
correct tool offset and insert a G71 canned cycle in the program. In many
case's this is the better way of choosing roughing routine's in the lathe
because you can change the depth of cut with just a depth change in the G71
line. When a radius change is needed SmartCam will regenerate code for the
new tool radius. Attached is short program showing what I'm talking about.
