Michael: Smartcam prints the entire graphics window. The maximum printable scale is determined by the size of the graphics window. Refer to the rulers on the edges of the window (to turn them on: Utility; Display modes; check "rulers"). If the extents in x or y of the window exceed you max printable area, you can't print at full scale.
You may be zoomed out too far. When you zoom out, the size of the graphics window increases. If your model extents are 6 x 4; you should be able to print at 1:1 if you do a zoom, full first.
