Jon,   I'm getting great results from an "ATI Rage Fury Pro 32Mb with TV out" card which cost $99.   Really fast Show Cut and pretty rendering. It also supports OpenGL for your CAD program.   Plays killer games, but you didn't hear that here.   Gene Bowen
