Attached is a helix to mill a 2.0 x 4 NC thread. The problem I'm having is that I cannot add cdc to the three helixes. Why? Also I cannot leadin/out on helixes??
When I did this kind of stuff in the past I use to program ARC's on one z_level with cdc and then it code. Then manually add the appropriate Z's for each 90 degree ramp on/off and 360 degree full turn. The code generator I'm using codes center of the tool.
