[mfg-smartcam] Pocket Macro

Please ignore my last e-mail with attached macros and use these instead.
I do appologise deeply. I forgot to alter the MAC_EXE calls within the macro
to long hand. The files attached are now ok.

POCKET1.MCL   uses promts to input data
POCKET-R.MCL uses a PCB to input data
