Totally unrelated to Smartcam, but I'll bet someone has the answer here. I have an internal modem which I use a lot for faxing from my computer. We are also networked for internal and external email, drive sharing, and accounting. About once a year, for different reasons, I get a fax message stuck in my Outlook "outbox", and it will not send or allow me to purge. The alarm says it has already been sent to the "Mapi spooler" so it cannot be accessed to delete. The only fix I've been able to get to work is to actually uninstall Outlook, then re-install. Pain in the butt! Does anyone know of a better fix.
