Derrick I attached a coder that I use for 5axis location drilling I am not sure if it will help but it works for coding all XYZ off a assigned workplane on each surface.
You will see when the machine rotates to another workplane the original G54 is moved by using a G68 X#XFO Y#YFO Z#ZFO I1 J0 K0 R#FMT(#rindex,D3.4)//(REFERENC FROM WORLD ORIGIN) There shouldn't be any resin you can't add this line to your coder an substitute the G68 for say a G55 etc.. Hope that helps Brock -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Date: Thursday, May 31, 2001 1:09 PM Subject: [mfg-smartcam] Toolplane Coding >Hello all. > >First I would like to thank you all for the help I have received with this >forum thus far.
