[mfg-smartcam] solution

I fathomed out the import problem
Autocad drawings do not work from an absolute datum like we do in Smartcam
and the drawings in question were so far away from x0 y0 (i.e. on the moon)
that Smartcam did not recognise them. the way i got around it was to move the
elements to x0 y0 in Autocad and then import the file
