[mfg-smartcam] Visual CTK and Macro

I have several questions related to macros and Visual CTK.
 
1. I have a macro that works fine if I manually remove the variables first.
Can I put this logic in my macro?
 
2. I added a panel to Awuser.pcb for this macro but when I use it, it rounds
the variable down to one significant digit.  What am I doing wrong?
 
I have included a copy of both.
