I have
had to do this many times. I have used basic but now I use NoteTab
Light. It is an excellent text editor software with it's own clip
language that is very good. I also use it to automate many of
the redundant tasks that need to be done. The best thing is it's
free! To download it go to www.notetab.com. The free version does
every thing I need or want it to do. If you decide to try this
software let me know I have already written a clip that could be easily
modified.
