You need SP1 & SP2. I run Freeform on Win2000. To compare how well Smartcam runs in Win2000 Pro versus Me and Win98, I set Win2000 Pro up 3 weeks ago and last night during a thunderstorm I shut my machine off for an hour or so. Upon restart after the storm passed, I was prompted for the administrator password, at that point I realized that the machine had not been restarted in the entire 3 weeks. With Me and 98 I would have several restarts per day. I have had zero errors in Win2000. I did nothing different on setup of Smartcam, just I have SP1 & SP2 installed. Michael
