[mfg-smartcam] Cancelling cutter comp

I would like for my code generators to not output the compensation offset number when canceling cutter comp.   GO1 G40 X1.1  (CORRECT)   GO1 G40 D10 X1.1  (INCORRECT)   How can I fix this?   Thanks,   Dale
